How do I report a warranty issue?

We’ve made the warranty claim process simple and hassle-free. Follow these steps:

1. Contact Our Support Team:

Email Customer Service with the following:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Photos or videos clearly showing the problem.

2. Assessment & Approval:

• Once your claim is submitted, our team will assess whether the issue falls under warranty coverage.
• You’ll receive further instructions on repairs or replacements.

3. Hassle-Free Resolution:

• If approved, Light Makers will arrange for repairs or a replacement product.
• Please note that shipping costs for returns/replacements outside of Singapore may apply.

Tip: Keep your purchase receipt or proof of purchase handy, as it is required for claims.
