What payment methods do you accept?

Payment for purchases made on our online store is done electronically. At Light Makers, we aim to provide a seamless checkout experience by offering a variety of secure popular payment methods:

Online Purchases:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.
• Digital Wallets: PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
• Bank Transfer: Contact our Customer Service team.

In-Store Purchases:

• Cash Payments: Accepted for all in-store transactions.
• PayNow (Singapore orders): Use the QR code at checkout for instant payment.

For custom or bulk orders, payment arrangements can be discussed directly with our Customer Service team.

Note: Payment authorisation holds may apply to credit card purchases until order processing is complete. Depending on the bank, the authorisation hold is visible on your credit card account for 14–20 days at least until the actual charge.

Bank transfer payments must be made within 7 days for your order to be processed. Please note, the items are not reserved for you until the payment is complete.
