What happens if my product can’t be repaired?

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team.

We understand that some issues may not be repairable. Here’s what happens in such cases:

  • Our team will thoroughly evaluate the product to determine if repairs are feasible.

Step 2: Resolution Options
If the product cannot be repaired:

  • Replacement: We will provide a new or equivalent product of the same value.
  • Store Credit: If a replacement is not available, store credit may be issued for the product's original purchase price.

Special Considerations

  • For custom-made products, replacement timelines may vary depending on manufacturing schedules.
  • Discontinued products may be replaced with a comparable alternative.
