What is the warranty period for your products?

The warranty period varies depending on the product type and brand:

• Standard and Decorative Lights: 2 years from the date of purchase.
• Outdoor Products: 1 year, due to exposure to environmental elements.
• Custom-Made Items: May come with a tailored warranty period—details will be provided during purchase.
• Third-Party Brands, LED Accessories, and Ceiling Fans: Coverage follows the manufacturer’s terms but is moderated by Light Makers.

This warranty policy applies to purchases made from February 18, 2025. For earlier purchases, please refer to the warranty terms provided at the time of sale.
